Co-owner, businessman, farmer, video game enthusiast, and unofficial food-and-drink encyclopedia.
Brent is one half of the Skeleton Crew and the guy who helps keep Team Taco moving behind the scenes. He’s equally comfortable talking tacos, cocktails, business, farming, or whatever video game he’s currently obsessed with. He brings a serious appreciation for good food and drink and a healthy amount of curiosity.
He’s also the proud owner and BFF of the original Taco Doggo.
CARY HARRIS [OWNER]
Co-Owner, cook, and Rountree resident. Meat medium-rare guy. Future theme-song haver.
Cary is one half of the Skeleton Crew and the guy responsible for a whole lot of what comes out of the Team Taco kitchen. He’s always thinking about food, cooking, tacos, and whatever weird idea might be worth putting on a plate next.
He loves Rountree, takes his meat medium rare, and is the proud owner and BFF of Taco Doggo Jr. He also remains mildly disappointed that nobody has composed an entrance song for him yet. Honestly, we think he deserves one.
