We’ve got a few things cooking over here at Team Taco and figured it was time for a little update…

First up, the new ⚡️RINGER⚡️ has entered the chat.

Meet “Don’t Go Bacon My Heart.” It’s everything you want and nothing you knew you needed. We’re talking crispy, savory, a little indulgent, and absolutely not here to play it safe. It hits that perfect balance of smoky, salty, and downright craveable, and yes, it very well might ruin all other tacos for you. This one won’t be around forever, so come get weird with us while it lasts.

Your New Favorite Cocktail

Also making its debut, our new cocktail: Prickly In Pink 🌸
A little smoky, a little bright, and very easy on the eyes. We mix prickly pear with Tom’s G in mezcal, fresh lemon juice, agave, and triple sec, then finish it with an edible orchid flower. It’s refreshing, slightly floral, and dangerously sippable.

We’ve also moved our t-shirt sales online with The Thread Collab 👕
To kick things off, we just dropped a brand new Vault Taco shirt. It’s got those retro, post-apocalyptic vibes you know and love, with a Team Taco twist. Go ahead and secure your uniform for the end times.

Busy season is rolling in and we’re looking to add some great people to both front and back of house. Winter decided to slap Springfield in the face, so we fired right back! The inside of Team Taco is officially open again and it is warm, toasty, and full of good decisions. Mainly tacos. Also margaritas.

Meet the "Jang It Slaw-bby" RINGER

Since the universe clearly wants you to treat yourself, this month’s RINGER is the Jang It Slaw-bby. It is loaded with shredded sirloin, gochujang, house slaw, roasted peppers, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, and cotija. It is bold, messy, and proud of it. It is the kind of taco Hank Hill would hold up and say “Dang it Bobby!” while still finishing the whole thing.
